June 15, 2024 – 4th Community Health Fair & Church Fundraiser
It is a day filled with community education, resources, games, activities, food and music. St. Paul Family Medical Center, Capital Eye Clinic and Holy Passion Fire Church are co-hosting the Community Health Fair. There is going to be a community raffle being held to give away donated prizes (gift certificates, food goods, and other gifts) from local businesses. Many community partners and providers will participate in this wonderful event. Providers and partners will give free eye exams, courtesy pharmacist consultation, free blood pressure check, free blood sugar screening. The St. Paul Fire Department Safe Haven program provides free smoke detectors to any St. Paul resident. Holy Passion Fire Church will host a prayer table for anyone who wants prayer. Our community partners will help increase awareness for staying healthy, fire safety, spiritual wellness, and learning about various services available to them in their community.
